For my restaurant review, I decided to choose Taqueria which is located at the street corner of Springdale and Westminster. From the outside, Taqueria looks like a typical hole in the wall Mexican restaurant but it is quite popular on yelp with over 200 reviews averaging around 4 out of 5 stars. I went there after gym around 8pm on a Sunday, and there was still a line of people. Once you entered the restaurant, the unique smell of meat being cooked on the grill instantly hit you. The menu was on the side wall, next to the counter . The food was made right in front of you and the staffs worked swiftly to serve everyone. I decided to get the carne asada burrito consisting of carne asada, beans, rices, onions, cilantro and red sauce. It was served with some lemon wedges and vegetable on the side. The first bite of the carne asada burrito had a mouthful of flavor from the kick of the hot sauce, the tasty carne asada meat, and sweet onion mix with cilantro. The flavor lingered a bit in your taste bud. The carne asada burrito was delicious and I would recommended it to everyone. In addition, for only $ 5.40, the burrito is pretty cheap for a college student who wants decent fast food meal. The taco is $0.88 for one and the Taqueria is open 24/7.
